What makes Teddy Dance Club lessons so special is that they are taught using the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic (VAK) accelerated learning system (Google it)….. and they have great FUN too!
Visual learning
It involves the use of seen or observed things, including pictures, demonstrations and videos. Every Teddy Dance Club lesson uses inspiration pictures of teddy bear characters practising their moves at the Teddy Dance Club…. and of course every Teddy Dance Club instructor demonstrates how things should be done correctly.
Auditory learning
It involves the transfer of information through listening: to the spoken word, and of music and sounds. Every Teddy Dance Club lesson involves music that was specifically written and recorded by us and provides the correct rhythm and timing for doing each dance move and exercise; the words of the music tell the children what to do.
Kinesthetic learning
It involves physical participation – doing, practical hands on experience and taking part in coordinated dance moves, dance skills and in the development of the right dance technique. Every Teddy Dance Club lesson is fully interactive and involves having a lot of FUN.
Teddy Dance Club the Business
Teddy Dance Club is a dance, education, entertainment and lifestyle programme all rolled into one and is targeted at children aged 2 to 5+ years.
Teddy Dance Club is being trialled in Witney, West Oxfordshire from the beginning of March 2019 will be formally launched in the UK in autumn 2019 after which it will be marketed worldwide as a franchise program, and will become available at dance & sport clubs, pre-schools, day care centers and nurseries, and may even come available at some holiday resorts too!
Like Teddy Dance Club’s sister programme, Teddy Tennis, it has been conceived, created, designed and subject to on-going development in England.
